My experience with Dr. Ho was excellent. When two other ENT physicians were unable to see me for months, Dr. Ho saw me within a week, and when i came for my appointment, I was seen immediately. He is friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job in taking care of my problem. He also sent me to an excellent audiologist to check my hearing. Dr. Ho's follow up care was also excellent, and I look forward to his continued care. His office staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this medical practice.

Dr. Ho is a good doctor who treats his patients with thorough examinations and orders further tests if needed.

I have 2 medical issues to seek Dr. Ho's help with. I had intermittent problems with hearings and chronic runny nose especially in cold weather. Dr. Ho spent about 10 minutes to remove so much ear waxes from both ears. He also told me to use 50:50 % of vinegar and alcohol to periodically wash my ears to prevent wax from building up too much causing hearing loss. Dr. Ho also showed me that I have been incorrectly applied sinus rinse. This information is very useful to me. He also suggested a new procedure, VivAer, which may help my chronic runny nose. Dr. Ho is very knowledgeable, thorough and willing to spend time to do a thorough job, and explain to patients in details. I wish more doctors are like him. I highly recommend him.

I have had several Ear Doctors, over the years, and they mostly retired. Then, my Medicare Insurance referred me to Dr. Ho. He does excellent work, and found my minor problems, with easy ways to take care. I like his treatment ideas.

I truly appreciate the way Dr. Ho and his staff prepared me for my bi- nasal operation. Every detail of what I needed to do in preparation and what to expect afterwards took away any anxiety I might have had. Dr. Ho did an excellent job on the operation and I look forward to a complete relief of what was affecting me previously.

Dr. Ho described in great detail the nasal surgery to repair my broken nose and deviated septum, expected outcomes and recovery instructions. I followed his advice and had an uneventful recovery. It is most important to irrigate thoroughly and often per his instructions. Five weeks post op I'm doing great. Thank you Dr. Ho!

I think Dr. Ho is a wonderful Dr and I appreciate how down to earth he is and how very good he is at explaining health problems and ways to make them better. I think he could improve the time he keeps patients waiting but he doesn't hurry when he gets to you. I'm not sure how he can pull that off but I guess he can try. I had another appointment after seeing him and he did hurry for me which I appreciate.

Dr. Ho explained my test report well

Dr. Ho is confident and competent and helped me with issues on my nose (bloody nose) and ears (swimmers' ear), providing me with good solutions. Sometimes his stories are a little too long, stream of consciousness kind of thing, which can cause you to forget items that you may have wanted to ask about. But the flipside is he never comes across as being in a rush to crank you out the door and see the next patient. He is also a big 49ers fan!

Excellent Care for my Ears. Dr. Ho properly cleaned my ears, trimmed out excessive hair, and had his own medicine to finally stop the itching and irritations, caused by my washing ears with soap and water. Because I was unable to go to my last appointment, I’ll review the one prior. Dr. Ho is an excellent doctor and explains your condition clearly. His personality is wonderful and he is entertaining with personal stories. He will make you feel welcome. Before my first visit to Dr. Ho, he had tended to my husband in the ER. I would say he saved his life. We never learned his name, so you can imagine my surprise when I recognized him on our initial meeting.

Loved Dr. Ho. He knew what was wrong just by our description. We had been to Urgent Care 3x and was misdiagnosed.

Dr. Ho was very knowledgeable, and obviously knows what he is talking about. However, I arrived for my appt a little early in order to handle paperwork, being a new patient. I ended up waiting 45 min before the doctor saw me. I was a cash patient, no insurance right now, so the $400 bill was surprising, and that was apparently the discounted price for paying cash. I'm guessing it was an elevated price because I was a new patient, my friend had told me her appointments were about $250.

Dr. Ho provided clear and detailed information on how to proceed on diagonosis and treatment.

Doctor Ho cleaned my ears, explained me how to keep them clean in the future. It was all explained in simple words and all his advices been very clear. I will follow his recommendations and see him again

I had sinus surgery with Dr. Ho to correct several issues. Now I can breath so much better and the hoarseness problem I had is gone. I feel great. I no longer mouth breath at night because my sinuses are clear. I highly recommend Dr. Ho.

I have had sinus issues for many years now and Dr. Ho is the first doctor to give me a plausible diagnosis and actually take the time to explain everything top to bottom, thoroughly and in words I can understand. I have had two septoplasties in the past and I was growing unhopeful, but I am finally scheduled for surgery after 5 years of going to practices where I was treated like a dollar sign or not cared for with empathy. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho; sometimes the solutions are the easiest fixes and Dr. Ho wants the best for his patients!

Dr Ho performed a biopsy and removal of a growth in my right nostril after having an MRI performed so we would know the scope of any potential problem. I elected to not have full surgery at this time and Dr Ho recommended the biopsy as a safety measure. No pain. Best part was the communication on various options and implications. We worked as a team. I appreciate his team approach keeping me in the loop.
